(1) Act of Consecration to The Holy Spirit
On our knees before the great multitude of heavenly witnesses, we offer ourselves, soul and body to You, Eternal Spirit of God. We adore the brightness of Your purity, the unerring keenness of Your justice, and the might of Your love. You are the Strength and Light of our souls. In You we live and move and are.
We desire never to grieve You by unfaithfulness to grace and we pray with all our hearts to be kept from the smallest sin against You. Mercifully guard our every thought and grant that we may always watch for Your light, listen to Your voice and follow Your gracious inspirations.
We cling to You, we give ourselves to You and ask You, by Your compassion to watch over us in our weakness. Holding the pierced Feet of Jesus, looking at His Five Wounds, trusting in His Precious Blood, adoring His opened Side and stricken Heart, we implore You, Adorable Spirit, Helper of our weakness, to keep us in Your grace that we may never sin against You.
Give us grace, O Holy Spirit, (make the sign of the cross as you say) Spirit of the Father and the Son to say to You always and everywhere, "Speak Lord Your servants are listening." Amen.
(2) Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, We consecrate our entire selves to the Most Holy Love of Your Two Hearts. We wish to make reparation for all the sins of the world including our own. We offer these things to the love of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
We will keep our mind on beauty and turn our thoughts from evil things. We will hold our temper and bear the mistakes of others with love and a forgiving heart.
We will admit when we are wrong and ask others to forgive us. We will not show off but remain humble. We will offer up all our sufferings, sickness and hurts. We will seek God's will not our own.
We will show appreciation for all the kindness, the blessings that we receive, and thank God for all things. We will do everything in our lives for love of God.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary receive the offering and consecration we now make of ourselves to You. Keep us faithful unto death. Bring us one day to the happy home in heaven. We desire to live forever with God the Father and the Most Holy Spirit and You our Jesus together with Your Most Immaculate Mother. Amen
(3) Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Most Sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before Your altar. We are Yours and Yours we wish to be, but to be more surely united with You, behold we freely consecrate ourselves today to Your Most Sacred Heart.
Many indeed have never known You; many, too, despising Your precepts, have rejected You. Have Mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Your Sacred Heart. Be King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken You, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned You.
Grant that they may quickly return to their Father's house lest they die of wretchedness and hunger.
Be King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and unity of faith, so that soon there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.
Grant O Lord, to Your Church, assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: Praise to the Divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to Him be glory and honour forever. Amen.
(4) Consecration of the Family to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, We CONSECRATE ourselves and our whole families to You. We consecrate to You: our very being and all our lives. All that we are, all that we have and all that we love. To You we give our bodies, our hearts and our souls.
To You we dedicate our homes and our countries. Mindful of this CONSECRATION, we now promise You to live the Christian way by the practice of Christian virtues, without regard for human respect.
O most Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, accept our humble confidence and this ACT OF CONSECRATION by which we entrust ourselves and all our families to You. In You, we put all our hope and we shall never be confounded.
